Victoria's Approach
At Solace Counseling LLC, Victoria's therapeutic philosophy is built on the foundation of authenticity and respect. Victoria provides a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly.

Victoria is Level 1 and Level 2 EMDR trained and uses other evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, and strengths-based practices. However, she understands that no single approach works for everyone. Together, you will explore different techniques and strategies to find what resonates best with you.
Central to Victoria's approach is the belief in your inherent strengths and resilience. She views therapy as a collaborative process where you work together to uncover your unique strengths, cultivate new coping skills, and empower you to overcome obstacles and achieve your goals.
